Paper size — which to choose
- A4 (210 × 297 mm) — standard in Europe, UK, India, Australia, Asia, Africa, and most of the world. Use this unless you're in the US or Canada.
- US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) — standard in the United States and Canada.
- Legal (8.5 × 14 in) — rare. Used only for specific legal documents.

Why multiple tax rows matter
- Canada — GST + PST, or HST as one line
- India — CGST + SGST (intra-state) or IGST (inter-state)
- US — state + county + city can layer
- UK/EU — VAT plus digital services tax in some cases

- PNG with transparent background looks cleanest
- 200–400px wide
- Horizontal layout works better than vertical
