Professional B2B price list for retailers and wholesale partners. Print or save as PDF.
50% is standard keystone.
A wholesale price list is a one-page document that retailers use to decide what to stock. It shows your products, MSRP, wholesale price, MOQ, and terms. It's the B2B version of your store front.
Unlike a product catalog, it focuses on commercial terms, not imagery. Retailers want to know: what does it cost, what can I sell it for, what's the minimum order, and how fast do you ship.
Wholesale should leave room for:
A shirt costs you $8 to make. You set MSRP at $40. Wholesale at 50% = $20. Your margin is $12/unit = 60%.
If wholesale drops to 40% = $16. Your margin is $8/unit = 50%. Still healthy but thinner.
If wholesale at 30% = $12. Your margin is $4/unit = 33%. Below this, wholesale usually doesn't pay for the overhead.
One page. Scannable. Not a brochure.
Wholesale is typically 50% of retail price (keystone). Sellers who sell to retailers set wholesale at 40–60% of MSRP.
Manufacturers and brands typically aim for 30–50% margin on wholesale. Retailers expect 50%+ margin on the resale.
MOQ is minimum order quantity — the smallest order a retailer can place. Lower MOQ is more attractive to small retailers but increases per-unit shipping.
Product name, SKU, retail (MSRP), wholesale price, MOQ, case pack, and lead time. Add order minimums and payment terms.
Tool only. Verify wholesale pricing against your real production costs and margin requirements before sending to retailers.
